Our registration process is simple and designed to get your child ready for the new season as quickly as possible.

Step 2 – Complete Your PaymentOnce you’ve submitted the form, you will be directed to the Registration Payments Page on the club website.
Here, you can choose one of the following payment options:
Once both steps are completed, your child’s registration will be confirmed, and they will be ready to train and play for Forestdale FC.

- 3 hours of coaching per week – delivered by our qualified senior coaching team
- Sunday fixtures in the Tandridge League – competitive, structured football against strong opposition
- Player development plans – regular feedback to track progress and focus on key improvement areas
- Professional coaching environment – high-tempo, well-planned sessions that challenge every player
- Full club kit – shirt, shorts, and socks (with personalised squad number of choice)
- Opportunities to progress within the club and beyond
How to Register:

You’ll be asked to:
- Provide your child’s full details, including kit size
- Choose four preferred squad numbers (in case your first choice is taken)
- Upload a passport-style photo (head and shoulders, clear background)
- Upload a copy of your child’s passport or birth certificate for league registration
Step 2 – Complete Your PaymentOnce you’ve submitted the form, you will be directed to the Registration Payments Page on the club website.
Here, you can choose one of the following payment options:
- Full Upfront Payment: £650 (one-time payment for the season)
- Monthly Plan: £150 upfront, then £56 per month for 9 months
- Sibling Discount: Available if you have more than one child at the club (details included in the form)
