Delivered by Forestdale FC’s FA-qualified coaches and volunteers, Wildcats sessions are designed to be high-energy, welcoming, and all about fun – perfect for girls who are new to football or simply want to play with other girls their own age.

Our Squad Girls’ Football sessions are the perfect way to play football in a fun, friendly, and non-competitive environment – right here in the local community.
Delivered by Forestdale FC’s experienced coaching team, every session is designed to be high-energy, engaging, and full of learning. We focus on creating a positive space where girls can grow in confidence, build new skills, and enjoy the game at their own pace.
Whether she is:
  • Completely new to the sport
  • Looking to transition from Wildcats
  • Or simply wants to play with friends, old and new

Our Vision 

Our Vision for Girls’ FootballAt Forestdale Football Club, our long-term vision is to create a clear pathway for girls in our community — from their very first kick to playing regular league football.
We start by working with The FA to deliver Wildcats and Squad Girls programmes, helping girls build their technical ability, confidence, and love for the game.
As they grow, our goal is to provide opportunities for girls to:
  • Join Forestdale FC teams
  • Train weekly with qualified coaches
  • Play regular matches in local leagues
  • Compete, develop and enjoy football in a safe, supportive environment
This is our plan for the community: to ensure every girl who wants to play football has the chance to do so — starting with fun, inclusive sessions and progressing all the way to competitive football.
